Making Biscuits (Cookies)

Felt the need for some biscuits, so made my favourite:  Ginger and molasses cookies

 
I made them with brown sugar instead of white, just to try something a little different, and they taste great!
 
Rolled the little balls of dough in white sugar and decorated each one with a criss-cross pattern (with a fork)
 


Eight minutes later...


Mmmm!
