This is the pile of offcuts from squaring up each of the now 8" patchwork squares that I will be using for the cushion tops. I used Oh Fransson's Crazy Nine-Patch Lattice Quilt instructions to make each square. I hate throwing away any offcuts (whatever size), but I really cannot think of anything to do with this pile.
I made 18 8" squares, and for each cushion top I'm using 9 squares and 1" of solid sashing which will make a 26" finished square.
Here I have added white sashing to one of the cushion tops. I will use a different colour for each of the three cushions.
